Your appointment is time that we have reserved especially for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes prevent you from making it to your appointment on time. If you’re unable to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, we will reschedule you for another day. It’s important that we have enough time to devote to your care and we want to respect the time of our patients who have appointments after you as well. We request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, and we ask that you respect our staff and other patients by rescheduling your appointment if you are ill.
If you have any cold or flu symptoms, we kindly ask you do reschedule your appointment. We prefer 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment but, are aware that unforeseen events sometimes do occur.

We are committed to helping you make the most of your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. We cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
